RICS Red Book - 8th edition to be translated
printThe new edition of RICS Valuation – Professional Standards 2012 is now available and applies to all RICS professional valuers. Members valuing assets are invited to adhere to the new edition on valuations to maintain regulatory compliance. The Red Book has been revised to now include International Valuation Standards (IVS) and is more comprehensive than previous editions.
For the first time, the Red Book is being translated into various European languages and the Dutch version has just been released. Further translated editions will be made available throughout the second half of the year in the following languages: French, German, Greek, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish and Hungarian.
